Description

Hello! I am an Early Childhood Educator Assistant who is offering care during this pandemic. I have experience working with children as a tutor, Scouter, daycare assistant, and preschool teacher.

I have an Early Childhood Educator Assistant Certificate; a Standard First Aid Certificate with CPR-C for adults, children, and infants; and a FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate.

I am very playful, flexible, relentlessly positive, energetic, and curious. I like to PLAY, read, write, ride my bike (when it’s not in pieces), build Lego and Meccano models, and just hang out. I love working and (especially) playing with children, and we always have lots of fun together. I have lots of toys and games that I love to share, and I am always looking for new and exciting things and people to play with.

I can provide instruction and guidance in all subjects from Pre-K through Grade 12; including academics (i.e. study skills, focusing strategies, online/homework help, and subject-specific tutoring), social skills (i.e. behaviour, interactions, play skills, sharing, friends), and life skills (i.e. hygiene, dressing, potty training, tying shoelaces).

I do not currently have a full driver’s license, so strict physical distancing north of 24th and east of 160th (my reasonable walking distance) may not be possible, since I would most likely be using transit.
