Hi everyone, we are 4 housemates looking for a 5th to share our home.
Rent is $700/month + utilities & Internet (bills vary each month – usually under $80 total).
Damage deposit is $350.
Room is newly furnished (only used for 6 months) with a bed frame, dresser, mattress, lamp, duvet, three pillows, two duvet sets and three towels – all included for $250 total (photos available upon request and up for discussion).

Available this month (April) – the date is flexible.

About the home:
Older house on the corner of Burrard St. and West 11th Ave – in Kitsilano.
Prime location, one block away from the bus stop (14, 16, 99, 9) to downtown or Broadway-City Hall Skytrain Station (15-30 minutes to downtown from home).
Washer and Dryer on-site.
Backyard with a veggie garden and bike storage.
Dishwasher in a large, fully-equipped kitchen – Only bring your absolute favourite mugs if necessary.
1 shared bathroom between 5 people with different schedules – ideally.
Your room is a small-normal size fitting a double-queen size bed comfortably with a normal size closet and storage space in the hallway and downstairs.
Selected candidates will be sent pictures/video walk-through of the house and then we can set up a viewing if interested (most likely a skype tour during this time considering the circumstances- TBD).

About us:
Fun fact – we have never fought and would like to keep it that way! Please no drama and parties (unless notified in advance!).
We are all in our mid-20s, Ideally you are as well.
A mix of guys and girls.
We clean up after ourselves but also have designated chores.

About you:
Kind and respectful.
Good communication.
Rent is paid on or before the 1st of each month.
Experience living with roommates is preferred.
Does not have a lot of furniture or “stuff” to bring.
