We are a locally owned and operated solid waste service and recycling company that especially deals with bulky, commercial and industrial waste. We abide by standards in community, making sure that harmful waste is disposed of accordingly. We are seeking an organized and self-motivated Administrative Manager who is experienced in administration and human resources to be part of our team.

Job duties and responsibilities:

•    Direct and supervise the entire operation of administrative activities
•    Develop and implement company’s administrative procedures related to records management, schedule management, flow of correspondence and human resource
•    Prepare reports such as workers’ scheduling, budget, and operational expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources
•    Direct and oversee company meeting all government licensing and permit requirements
•    Control and maintain inventory of internal equipment
•    Review and approve vendor invoices and employee expenses for weekly payable processing
•    Oversee the scheduling of operational staff and approve work times
•    Responsible for new employee recruitment and oversee training for new staff
•    Plan and coordinate annual performance assessment for employees

Qualifications:

•    Completion of a college diploma in business administration or related field
•    At least two years of experience in an administrative service
•    Ability to work in a self-directed, organized manner
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Demonstration of supervisory experience
•    High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Windows

Wage: $40.87 – $43.00/hour, at least 30 hours per week
