Rent includes all utilities as well as high speed internet. Suite is fully furnished and ready to move in. Furniture includes everything you need. It for example includes : a 42″ TV, Chromecast (so you can cast anything from your phone onto the TV), toaster oven, a regular coffee maker, a Nespresso machine with frother, cutlery, utensils, sheets, towels, blankets, …etc. The suite also has access to shared laundry.
