We have a big house located at a very central location in Kitsilano – 15 minutes to UBC and 15 minutes downtown. Close to the beach and with many bus stops nearby to get to downtown or UBC. Groceries can be done at multiple locations including Safeway, Whole Foods, or No Frills which are one stop away.

There are 2 rooms available for rent: den ($650) and solarium ($750), which can be combined into one big single room. The rooms are on the 3rd (highest) floor of the house. Bathroom is shared. We are offering a short-term lease until August 31st, with opportunities to stay long-term.
