Currently vacant.

It has all new drywall and sound/ climate insulation in it. New LED lights, dimmers, doors, hardware.
New windows in the bedrooms.
The drywall finishings in the suite are not fully smoothed.
The bathroom, has a typical tub with shower and a small window.

New fridge, kitchen counter, sink, faucet etc.
Portable dishwasher also.

It’s furnished in a simple, spare way…. bring your own furniture, if you like.
We’ve since put a round Ikea Tulip table, with chairs, at the bottom of the stairs..

Great neighbourhood. South facing back yard, right out your door.
Transit / coffee shops etc super close.

Ps, there’s short term parking space to drop off groceries and such….and tons of Parking on the streets.

And, it maybe possible to have a dedicated parking spotit maybe possible to have a dedicated parking spot.
