We accomplish a deep and thorough cleaning by:

1. Spraying the carpet with a safe, enzyme based chemical that will break down organic dirt and stains and bring it to the tip of the carpet fibers.
2. Using an industrial, state of the art truckmount machine, we will blast the dirt and stains with 500 psi hot steamy water and vacuum that water and dirt out of the carpet. We use a special wand called the Zipper which is a high water flow wand and this gives us the opportunity to flush out the dirt really well. We use on average 30 gallons of water to clean a 4 bedroom house.

True that you can clean the carpet yourself using Bissel or Rug Doctor but these machines clean at very low water pressure and weak vacuum and the fact that you are leaving a lot of soap residue behind will actually be bad than good for your carpet. The soap residue is going to attract more dirt and sooner your carpet’s color is going to turn darker and the fibers stiffer and will start to disintegrate. Can you imagine how many times you have to fill that very small tank in order to achieve a comparable rinsing using 30 gal of water for a 4 bedroom house? Plus the rent, chemical cost and your time, I think it’s not worth it.

We can also clean your furnace,ducts and vents to get rid of pet hair.
