There’s a large room available for $600/month in a 1400sq ft 2 bedroom ground suite located in North Burnaby, near Brentwood Heights area.

Move in date: 1st September (female roommate only – short term or long term)

This suite is conveniently located near transit to SFU, and BCIT is within walking distance. Downtown Vancouver is around 20 minutes by car, and also easily accessible via skytrain from Brentwood Town Centre, which is a 5-10 minute walk from the house.

– 1 bathroom
– Small kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, and hotplates for cooking. All cooking utensils are also provided.
– Washer and Dryer
– Hi-speed WiFi
– All utilities
– Large and private backyard shared with the landlord.
– Outside patio/Fireplace

No smoking and parties permitted here since the landlord lives in the house above.

About your private room:
This room is 500sq ft and includes an additional living room area along with a bedroom. You will have a separate lock and key for your bedroom so it’s completely private. It is fully furnished with overall 1 large desk, sofas, dressers, coffee table, a mirror and a queen sized bed.

About myself:
I’m a 3rd year student from UVic thats currently doing a co-op term in Burnaby. I am extremely clean and respectful of my surroundings and I’m hoping for someone that’s the same.
