We have one bright large sized room $800/mth downstairs and a medium room upstairs $850/mth for rent nearby renfrew ravine, close to the community center and transit routes to UBC, SFU and BCIT via skytrain& bus. Or if you are a cyclist there are plenty of routes nearby.

You have easy access to the north shore mountains, entertainment on commercial drive and downtown.

We are a home of a four adults and 1 child (11yrs) who have lived with people for many years. You would be sharing primary living space with a parent and child. We consider ourselves community minded and enjoy having roommates who are social and love dinners, board games, music and yardwork together yet respect each other’s privacy. You would be living with an acupuncturist, and an engineer who have busy schedules (although presently less busy given covid) and enjoy our peaceful space at home.

If you are a homestay, a student, visitor or community minded person and need a comfortable stay this might be the place for you! We offer the room semi furnished.

The kitchen and living space is shared and all amenities can be used. We have a large balcony and garden to share.
