Wanted: Looking for horse farm to lease

Professional horse trainer and riding instructor looking to set up shop in her own barn. Have been working out of other people’s places for almost 30 years now and would like a place to call home.
Have technical degrees in Farm Analysis and Management and excellent references. Fully insured, certified and experienced in all that I do.
Minimum of 5 stalls needed as well as housing

****Need to move from current home asap so also willing to act as on site caregiver in exchange for accommodation with minimum of 1 bedroom that will allow one small well behaved dog
Will consider any other accomadations at this time if under $1300 for 1 bedroom in the Abbotsford Aldergrove area
