2 Week July Sublet – Very Affordable, AMAZING Location!

Prime location, right on Commercial Dr. 1-bedroom furnished suite, subletting for the first two weeks in July while we are on Vancouver Island visiting family. July 2-16th, give or take depending on your preference.

Bright, open concept, 10 ft. ceilings, plants from top to bottom, a green oasis! A great space if you are visiting the city for work or pleasure. We also have two bikes available, that you are welcome to use to get around the city! Very affordable price, we are just looking to put the space to good use while away.

Everything you’d need is here, just bring your suitcase. Fresh bedding, towels, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, etc, high speed internet, Shaw cable, all utilities included. Transit at your doorstep, Skytrain station a few blocks away. Loads of cafes, shops, bars, etc. just steps away. Amazing spot for the summer.

We have been practicing safe social distancing, and the suite is thoroughly cleaned prior to. No smoking in the apartment, quiet hours after 10pm.
