We have two systems in our brains that help us to process information: one that is fast and automatic and one that is deliberative and slow.
Study purpose: to examine how these fast and slow thought processes relate to how we view exercise.
This is an online study that will take approximately 20-minutes. You will first be asked to complete two tasks that will require you to categorize images and words as fast as you can. Next, we will ask you to complete a baseline questionnaire about your exercise perceptions.
