Fully-Furnished Home to Share

Have an older, fully-furnished character home in Boliver Heights. On hill, overlooking Fraser River just above River Road. Close to bus, skytrain and both Pattulo and Alex Fraser Bridges. Large, open concept living with cove ceilings and original oak floors. Modern kitchen and stainless appliances, big deck with partial view. Space is great for dinner parties/barbeques. Utilities and Kodi included. Looking for friendly, active, ambitious, clean person to share some quiet space with. Can be male or female. Entrepreneurial would be great, as would someone between ages 45 and 65. Would like a long term renter who is interested in a home and yard with shared responsibilities…. not just someone wanting room and board. Starting over? I’m open, as long as you are not a recovering….(whatever!) Appreciate people with common sense, big hearts, and healthy lifestyles. Occasional drinker ok….but non-smoker please.
