You will be required to help clean shared spaces and take out the recycling to the curb every 2 weeks. If cleaning up after yourself is an issue for you kindly refer to sub section 1 (fu*k off), your mother isn’t here to clean up after you and if she did come and start cleaning up after you I would again refer you to sub section 1!

No trades for rent I dont care how well you cook or clean cash(money) only.
No living in my yard in your rv or any other weird arse sh*t like that.
