Wanted: Study: newcomers to Canada in the gig or platform economy

Description

Location : Vancouver, BC V6T

The Human Factors and Applied Statistics Lab at the University of Toronto is looking for participants for an online survey on what drivers know about automated driving technology (for example, adaptive cruise control that can adjust your speed automatically when following a vehicle ahead or any system that can control the steering for you).

We are recruiting participants who:
** Currently live in Canada or the U.S.
** Have a valid driver’s license
** Either have never used these systems OR own a vehicle with these systems

The survey takes around 20 minutes and once completed you can enter the draw to win one of several $100 USD gift cards (chances of winning are approximately 1 in 25). There’s also an optional follow-up survey (less than 10 minutes) that you can complete afterwards for an additional entry into the draw.

The survey can be found here: https://ca.surveygizmo.com/s3/50072766/a63c8cc0947

This study has been reviewed and approved by the University of Toronto Research Ethics Board.
