Timber Ridge Travel Trailer for Rent Rental

Beautiful high end four seasons Timber Ridge travel trailer with slide for rent. 24′ floor, 27.5′ OAL bumper to hitch. Sleeps 3-6. Floor ducted furnace, ceiling ducted AC with 30A hookup, power awning, stove/oven, 20% larger fridge, Queen bed up front, table converts to double, 2 swivel chairs in slide area, TV in dining area, 3pc washroom. Note the swivel chairs can be removed and a queen mattress can be supplied to fit in the slide area if wanting to accommodate a larger family.

$200 booking deposit required to hold your spot. This is only refundable up to 21 days prior to your rental, minus $20 for administration costs. At this time it will be applied towards the rental fee.

Winter rates Dec-April $425 for 3 night minimum, $75 each additional night.
Spring & Fall rates $450 for 3 nights, $525 for 4 nights, $600 for 5 nights, $700 for 6 nights, $800/week, additional nights $100. + $25 for stat long weekends.
High season June 14-Sept 8. $900/week.

Delivery and pick up services not available.

Pick up time after 2pm. Return time before 12 noon. Time may be flexible depending on other rentals.

$500 damage/cleaning deposit is required.
RENTAL AND DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE IN CASH ONLY or email transfer.
Damage deposit is refundable in cash upon the safe return of clean trailer.
No forestry roads, hunting, no grad parties, or anything else that may cause damage to the trailer.
Standard insurance with conversion policy is included in rental fee. I encourage you to consider purchasing your own renters insurance policy before pick up which costs $10 per day.

Must be 27 or older, no N, and 10+ years of driving and have experience towing.
Rental agreement and pre-trip orientation provided.
Adjustable height hitch and equalizer bars included.
Empty weight is 6,400 lbs Tow vehicle and hitch must be rated for 9,000 lbs or higher.
Must have standard 7-prong round plug and electronic trailer brake controller.
Under awning mat 8’x21′, pots, Frying pans, coffee maker 120V, electric space heater, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, cleaning supplies included.

Gas fire pit available for $30/rental legal during fire ban, BBQ $20 per rental, 4000W generator that will run A/C $20/night.
