I am renting out my room for the summer! Available for 4 months beginning May 1st. Rent is $875 including utilities and WiFi. Single occupants only.

Apartment:
Bedroom is furnished with a comfy queen bed, desk, dresser, and a spacious closet. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, everything you need for cooking, Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender (no dishwasher though). Living room and dining room are fully furnished. Bathroom has a full-size tub/shower.

Location:
Located in North Burnaby, near the intersection of Hastings and Hythe Ave. Right by a bus stop for the R5 line, which is 15 minutes to SFU Burnaby and 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver. Apartment is 1 bus stop away from Safeway and plenty of restaurants and shops. Shoppers Drug Mart is 2 bus stops away.

Roommate:
The other occupant is a mid-20s professional female. She is very quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to get along with!
