We are offering our smaller studio in our home to Students / Couple / Friends in need of a place to stay.
We live in one of Vancouver’s beautiful and safest neighborhoods, North Vancouver, near the Edgemont Village which is a lovely outdoor shopping district.
We are offering a fully furnished basement studio for students and guests (Studio is suitable and large enough for two guests). Studio has an independent entrance but shared with another studio. There is a new bathroom and shower and Laundry shared between two studios. Studio has its own full kitchen (all new) with all appliances (such as microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electrical kettle, electrical stove, coffee maker, etc.) and dishes for two persons, large fridge and freezer, dining table & chairs, queen size bed, 32″ smart TV, computer desk and chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bed table and lamp, mirror, heater, iron, iron table, vacuum cleaner, etc. As our guest, you would have a comfortable room, unlimited high speed wi-fi internet, cable TV with lots of channels, laundry facilities (washer and dryer), etc. These are all inclusive and there is no additional fee (You just pay the rent – no water, gas, electricity, cable TV and internet fee).
Our home is very conveniently located with easy access to gym, free tennis courts, public library and Edgemont shopping district and also walking distance to public transit, only one zone (less than 2 min walk to Routes 236, 246 and 247) to downtown Vancouver and/or seabus (less than 6 km to downtown Vancouver, 10-15 min depends on traffic) and Route 232 to Lonsdale street and via connection to Capilano University.
