Extra comfort and privacy living here as the Landlord does not live in the basement. The suite has a large kitchen, a washroom, and a washer & dryer which are to be shared with the other 2 roommates.

This home is steps to the bus stops. Just a walking distance to Champlain Square and the Killarney Market plaza. Take a short bus ride to Killarney Community Centre, Langara College, downtown and Metrotown Shopping Mall.
