Due to COVID, I am limiting viewings and so will ask for a brief application and phone interview before viewing. This is for your safety and mine, not to try to create any additional bureaucracy.
A little bit about me…
I am renting out my home from the past 11 years as I am moving closer to work. I am a social worker/yoga instructor and an absolute dog lover. I love my home and am hoping to find someone who will love it the same. I have been a landlord for several years with another property and my goal is to provide you with the respect and privacy you require to have a successful tenancy. I want to be as flexible as possible and thus am open to flexibility in a rental term without locking you into a long term lease. The only bummer is the move in/move out fees if you choose a short term however those fees are imposed by my strata, not me.
