I am a Vancouver based housekeeper available for regular maintenance cleaning (weekly/biweekly), as well as specializing in DEEP CLEANING. Professional and reliable, affordable rates, short notice ok!

Services include: full refrigerator/freezer scrub, oven cleaning, kitchen grease removal, scrubbing kitchen cupboards inside and out, scouring baseboards and/or walls top-to-bottom, scrubbing neglected floors, cleaning light fixtures, deep clean bathroom/tubs/toilets, scrubbing tile/grout build-up, window sill decay/build-up, bleaching stained countertops, thorough dust removal, etc.

Quotes for deep cleaning are built up of a base rate, according to the size of the space, PLUS an hourly rate, to account for the depth of cleaning required.

Base rate is $25 per 100 sq ft., with an additional variable rate of $25 hourly.
For example: a 700 sq ft apartment that requires 3 hours of cleaning would come to $175 base rate, plus $75 hourly, totaling $250 all inclusive.

NOTE: if cleaning is only required in some areas of the home, this square footage will be taken into account when providing a quote.
