Regular Recurring Maintenance Cleaning*
Weekly Cleaning = $22/hour (27% Discount)
Bi-Weekly Cleaning = $25/hour (17% Discount)
Monthly Cleaning = $27/hour (10% Discount)
As-Needed Cleaning = $27/hour (10% Discount)

One-Time Cleaning
Deep Cleaning = $30/hour
Move In/Out Cleaning = $30/hour

*First service always at full rate ($30/hr) and subsequent services are at the discounted rate.

You can supply the cleaning products (multi, floor, glass, toilet bowl, etc.) or I can for a small product add-on fee. I’ll always supply the cleaning equipment.

One-Time Cleanings = $15

**Product add-on is optional. First service product add-on fee always at full rate ($15) and subsequent regular recurring maintenance cleanings are at the discounted rate.
