Are you a holistic practitioner looking to lease office space? We are seeking fellow practitioners with whom to share our beautiful office space by April 15th, or May 1st, 2020!

We have two, and possibly a third space available for sublet, effective April 15th or May 1st. Leasees will be welcome to occupy their space one week before the lease start-up ~ AT NO COST.

Our office is located at the south end of Vernon on the lower-level of the Watson House, a red-brick historic building that was formerly the Vernon Information Centre. This location offers you and your clients ease of access from highway 97, with ample free parking in a quiet, private area that overlooks Kalamalka Lake. This beautiful property, home to eagles, hawks, deer and other wildlife, offers privacy and confidentiality.

We have two opportunities available for lease:

– Furnished Office (or could be an unfurnished set-up for Massage practitioner or other energy worker).
Space measures 10’ x 7’
Available week days, evgs. and/or Sundays
Monthly Rent: $500/mon. incl. all utilities, WIFI, parking and access to common areas

– Lovely unfurnished space for Yoga, Healing Arts Studio or Photography Studio.
Space with laminate flooring measures approx. 18’ x 13’.
There’s an alcove adjacent to the studio space that’s perfect for storage of Yoga mats and shoes.
Available week days, evgs. and/or Sundays
Monthly Rent: $750/mon. incl. all utilities, WIFI, parking and access to common areas.

– We may also sublet our Conference Rm., part-time. Measuring approx. 10 x 20’, this space comes furnished with eight leather brown chairs, mahogany conference table, coordinated side-bar, White Board and projector with a burnt red accent wall! Let us know what days/times are of interest. We are happy to negotiate mutually-agreeable arrangements with you.
