Granville Island Shared office space with a deck

Price : $600.00
Date : April 20, 2020
Location : 1807 Maritime Mews, Vancouver, BC V6H 3X2, Canada

Fantastic 450 sq feet shared office space available on Granville Island. The office is not a storefront, but upstairs in the offices above an art gallery.

There are two other people who share the full 450 space, and both of them don’t keep regular Monday to Friday hours but come for a few hours a week only. One (in high tech) works in the reception area, separate space and usually comes in a few times per week for a few hours. The other runs a company, often working at home, and usually works at the office 3 times a week for a few hours.

The office opens up to a large deck and has floor to ceiling windows. The office door opens directly onto the deck so all summer long you can work with fresh air! And we have bird feeders on the deck, and have hummingbirds and finches visiting us all day long.

The windows face east, towards Granville Street Bridge. The view is primarily Granville Street Bridge.

There is a private bathroom, fridge, microwave, and kitchen. There is even a shower if you bike to work.

The desk and chair are included. The pictured desk space is available.

It is suitable for someone who works on computers and is not on the phone all day long, but some calls throughout the day are fine, just not on sales calls 8 hours per day. A writer, designer, IT, etc. is the ideal candidate.

The space is not suitable for those who are practitioners and have patients coming into the office.

The rent is $575 a month and includes high-speed Internet, heat and hydro and a great atmosphere.

This is an unbelievable deal for a space of this nature in Granville Island, especially because of the deck and the ability for working with fresh air all day long because we keep the door open in the summer.
