We have a couple of rooms available for rent. This is a great house for someone new to the city and would like to meet others. The house is also great for someone who would like his or her own privacy. We are looking for clean roommates who don’t mind helping contribute to the cleanup. The room is available immediately and only available until the end of August.

The room is very spacious with a double size bed & side table. Rent is $550 & $600 per month plus utilities. The rooms have large windows with a lot of light coming into the rooms. The house is located in a perfect location. The house is only a 1 – minute walk to the bus station, which will take you directly downtown, or to Richmond. The house is right across the Marpole Community Ctr. There are lots of great local restaurants in the Granville and 59th area.
