I’m Coach Tariq, and I’m passionate about helping you restore your natural healthy weight, vibrant health, and confidence.
I’m currently taking in a limited number of students for a free two week Primal Weight Management Course, offered online. The training provided will empower you to restore a healthy relationship with food and your natural healthy weight.
This program will not teach you to “diet” or intentionally lose weight through temporary will power (neither of which are pleasant or even remotely likely to succeed according to decades of research). Instead, you will learn how to build an environment which spontaneously promotes the restoration of your natural healthy weight: no intentional calorie restriction or willpower required. You will learn to reset your natural food motivations, and work with them, not against them.
