Construction Estimator

Hello, I am looking for contract estimating work.I have an excellent back ground in steel stud framing/drywall/acoustical ceilings. I also have experience in civil, architectural, and mechanical disciplines. I complete all my estimatingtakeoffs using Planswift software software.
Big box stores/apartment buildings/condos/retail stores/office buildings/
I will do both material and labour takeoffs as well as unit price. I also have extensive experience in scheduling and job costing. I can set up files for you to easily track cost for your large projects. Confidentiality will be given to all your projects.
I have 15 years experience estimating/job costing/scheduling/supervising. I am only looking for part time contract work. I am based in Halifax Nova Scotia but with todays technology it is easy to price jobs anywhere n North America.
I have Diploma in Engineering/Diploma in Construction Management /Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter/ Construction Estimator Certified (CEC)
