Newly renovated house with all male roommates (excluding Owner). *Rent includes cable, internet, and phone, but excludes a reasonable share of utilities plus $20 per month kitty for shared household supplies (toilet paper/paper towels/dish soap/hand soap/napkins/tin foil/saran wrap, etc.). We are looking for a clean, quiet, friendly renters. Renters are assigned a small weekly household chore and expected to clean up after themselves to help maintain a tidy house. Close to shopping (Buy-Low/No Frills). #8 bus is approx 20-25 mins to downtown and #33 and #41 buses to UBC (30 minutes). Lots of parks, restaurants, library, etc., very close by.
