29. Clean Young Professional Home – 5 mins Langara Station

We have a room available for rent in a very great area for August 1st. The house is located in a prime location on Cambie Street and 49th. The house is less than a 5- minute walk from the 49th/Langara Skytrain station and it only takes 10 minutes to get to downtown. The house is approximately 40 minutes to UBC and less than 15 minute walk to Langara College. The house is right by Oakridge Mall where there are stores and Safeway for groceries. The house has a great atmosphere in the house. Everyone is respectful, social and friendly. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful and quiet. The roommates have an early work schedule. We are looking for someone who doesn’t mind contributing to the cleaning of the house. We are all relaxed male roommates. The rooms are located on the bottom floor and top. The bathroom & kitchen is shared with 2 others.
