2. Cozy Room in Great Location and Atmosphere/5 min to Skytrain

Hi there!

We have 1 room located in a great house and in a great location! We like to keep things clean and friendly and are looking for people who are the same. We are social and easy going. We are not the party type and we are looking for the same.

Location: It is located 5 minutes to King Edward Skytrain Station and only 10 minutes from DT Vancouver. The house is less than a 5 minute walk from the Hillcrest Community Ctr (library, swimming pool, soccer field, ice skating, weight room, etc). The house is 10 min walk from Starbucks, Choices, and a lot of local eateries.
House: The bedrooms come with a double bed, night stand, closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry is free to use. The house has a great 2 outdoor patio for BBQ or just to lounge around. There is parking in front of the house.
Room available July 1st for $750 plus utilities.
