We are looking to rent out our 3 bedroom ground-level suite. One room is currently occupied by our 55 year English speaking caretaker. She is quiet and keeps to herself along with her cat. The second room is occupied by a female who works part-time and attends school. I along with my wife and two boys (11 and 7) reside on the top floor (the ground level suite is completely private and separate from the top floor). We are both working professionals and work during business hours.

The house has undergone major renovations. We hope to work on our backyard this spring/summer. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, stand-up mirror and storage drawer for your use. We are located within a 2 minute walking distance from 29th Sky train Station. You are located within 15 minutes to Downtown via transit. 29th Skytrain Station also offers a comprehensive Bus-loop to many colleges and Universities.

We are currently looking to rent out the remaining room to a FEMALE who possess the following qualities: Gainfully employed, no partying, no smoking indoors (outdoor is acceptable), no dogs (may make exception for a cat), no excess amount of visitors, clean and tidy, and conscious of cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen and around the house

We are looking to rent out the room for $750 dollars this will include the following: Hi-Speed Fibre WIFI Internet, Heat and Light, Access to In-suite laundry. Price is negotiable as we are looking for long-term stable tenants. Preference will be given to those can commit to a one year lease.
