Hello,
After the pandemic is under control, I’m planning on starting a peer support group for people in their 20’s-30’s who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression. This will be a free group that will meet weekly in Langley (or where its most convenient for most people), where we can:
– Practice methods that reduce symptoms of depression / anxiety like meditation and yoga.
– Keep each other accountable on our goals.
– Share our progress
– Vent our issues with those who understand
– Meet new friends who are experiencing the same struggles.
