There is plenty of parking space if you have a car. If not, public transportation is very easily accessed: Langara Canada Line Station is a 5 minute walk, Langara College is a 9 minutes walk. UBC is 35 minutes away by direct bus (#49), downtown waterfront is 20 minutes with Skytrain. There is a bike path just in front of the house.

We are looking for responsible and quiet roommates who respect others privacy. Female tenants preferred. References needed.

Rent is on a monthly basis. A deposit of half the rent is required on moving in. Internet and utilities are included. No smoking, illicit substance use, or pets, sorry.
