Room For Rent Available Now

There is room for rent at our place available now. It is an large unfurnished room on the second story of an older two story home. The house includes a shared: laundry, kitchen, bathroom & living room space… Rent is $600 per month. All inclusive (internet, hydro..).

Roommates are easy going people, who stay out of each others hair for the most part. We all have full time jobs and want a low stress environment to come home to: quiet / non-party house. There are 3 guys & a girl sharing the space right now ranging in age from early 20s to 40.

Plenty of parking for vehicles on the street. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown if you take public transit. Major banks, Starbucks, restaurants, produce, dollar stores, groceries etc… are all within short walking distance. Located near Langara College & Oakridge mall.

As far as pets go we have a dog already & will not be accepting any more dogs at this time. Cats are ok though.
