Wanted: RV-Life Couple Seeking Long-Term Tenancy

Description

Location : Surrey, BC

Hello, we are a middle aged couple who have had tenure on a farm property for the past 3 years. Unfortunately, the property has sold and we will be moving.

We are looking for a private property to live full time on in our 5th wheel in the Surrey/Langley/Valley area. We will entertain any offers north of the river as well.

Our landlord has been amazing and will give us an excellent recommendation. We have been his eyes and ears on the property and enjoyed the benefits of living the simple life on a beautiful ex-dairy farm in Aldergrove. We will miss it.

We both work steady and pay our rent on time. We like the quiet life, do not have many visitors and are usually in bed before 10pm (!). We like to head out of town to go camping with our little 8ft camper whenever possible, and like to keep a small garden box (7ft long) for fresh additions to our evening supper.

We’re not complicated, do not like drama, and pretty much keep to our nerdy selves. The Hubby doesn’t drink at all, and Missus enjoys the odd glass of wine.

What we can offer:
-quiet, respectful, middle-aged couple.
-both work approximately 300hrs per month in infrastructure and service industries, respectively.
-Long-term tenancy outlook.
-live a philosophy of neatness, tidiness, and cleanliness.
-minimal water and electrical usage.
-we empty our black/grey tank ourselves, and take it to the nearest provincial rv-dump.

What we are looking for:
-potable water hookup, electrical hookup (110v/15a).
-a 30′ long RV spot.
-Space for one pickup truck, one compact car, and one 8′ camper.

We would be most interested in a property with these extras:
-access to a secondary/basement bathroom/shower.
-access to laundry machines.
-access to a storage room of at least 8×8 feet (would pay up to $50 extra)
-a relatively quiet property

All in all, we know there are some quality folks out there who would like to have a couple like us renting long-term on their property. We hope you find us.

Have a great Canada Day!
R & B.
