What We Value Hit them with WOW: Excellence Pursue a better way: Improvement Achieve together: Teamwork Never, ever, ever give up: Tenacity Honour our word: Integrity What You’ll DoReview customer’s site-specific drawings to design trim room layouts in Solidworks and Draftsight or AutoCAD with input from engineering, clients and clients’ tradesWork with specific vendors on the design of custom dust collectors and HVAC systemsGenerate custom BOMs for T-Zero projectsManage change order process and execution of change order workValidate sales orders and ensure the project scope is fully capturedSet up and manage delivery, installation, commissioning, training and follow up schedules, as well as prepare summary equipment tablesCoordinate the installation of client’s equipment – trimmer, electrical requirements, HVAC requirements, water and compressed air requirements – with contractors and trades, within budgetLiaise between clients, sales, engineering, production and supply chain teams to ensure customers’ successPerform occasional site visits to cannabis facilities when requiredMaintain and ensure quality control of projectsAssist Customer Success team with the management of warranty issues, maintenance and servicingPerform administrative tasks as requiredBecome familiar with, and use pre-established SOPs and also develop new SOPsAssist the order desk with order processing as required Who You Are And What You Need To SucceedMechanical Engineering Technology DiplomaExperience with Solidworks and AutoCAD What We OfferA competitive salary based on experienceQuarterly SMART Goals Bonus ProgramProfit-sharing Annual Bonus ProgramExtended Medical BenefitsRRSP matching contribution after 1 yearAn environment that supports growth and mental healthAmazing culture and place to call work Note: Only selected candidates will be invited to an interview.
