1 furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment

I have a furnished room available in a 2 bedroom apartment. I am not home that much but the bathroom will be shared with me. The whole apartment is furnished already.

*AVAILABLE FROM: July 18th, 2020 to August 31, 2020* my lease ends at the end of August so a longer stay is not possible.

Location: East 33rd Ave & Fraser St, Vancouver, B.C.

Rent Includes: utilities + internet

Rent: $750 a month + security deposit of $375.
