Hello!
My housemates and I have this adorable little 1930’s-style coach house in East Van. Knowing that buying a house in Vancouver is a pretty lofty goal, we’ve embraced the tradition of shared living and now have a room becoming available May 1st.

The house itself breaks down into a duplex layout. There are three rooms upstairs and two downstairs. Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, and living room area. But, there’s a shared laundry room, deep freezer and lots of storage. We certainly float between floors comfortably and interact with each other. Spacious yards in both the front and back and ample street parking.

In return, we ask that you share with keeping the place clean and take a hand in occasional yard work, and are just a respectful, responsible individual.

$730/month plus utilities (hydro, internet, gas).
