-Campbell Mtn. compost/mulch (incorporates biosolids) is very reasonably priced at $20/tonne (works out to under $10 per cubic yard). It keeps it’s attractive brown color indefinitely, unlike some of the black mulches which fade to a dull grey. This mulch is fine in texture which make it easy to hoe for weed maintenance.
-Coastal Red Fir is another fine textured mulch which keeps its color
well. Retail price at GardenWorks of $70 per cubic yard ($35 per scoop)
